For years, I worked in healthcare, pouring all my energy into helping others but often neglecting myself. As an introvert, the constant interaction and emotional demands left me feeling drained and burnt out. At the same time, I was trying to keep up with all the latest health and wellness trends, feeling the pressure to “do it all” perfectly. But instead of feeling well, I felt completely overwhelmed. I knew I had a passion for wellness and health coaching, but the hustle culture in the industry just didn’t resonate with me. The endless social media demands, the pressure to be perfect - it was all so out of sync with who I was at my core. Then, it hit me: what if wellness didn’t have to be so complicated? What if it could be about embracing what feels good and right for you? That’s when I fell in love with the idea of cozy wellness - a gentler, more nurturing approach to health that honours both body and soul. Cozy wellness is about creating a lifestyle that feels comforting and supportive. It’s about blending the warmth of cozy living with wellness principles in a way that feels effortless and natural. No rigid rules, no one-size-fits-all solutions - just what works for you. And that’s how The Cozy Wellness Coach was born - a space where we can explore what it means to live well, in the coziest way possible.
